Booking & Cancellations

To reserve your appointment, we keep a credit card securely on file — no deposit required. We know life happens, so if something comes up, just reach out as early as you can and we'll do our best to find you a new time. When we're able to reschedule, there's no charge.

If we're unable to reschedule, cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. A quick call goes a long way — Call Us.

Our Promise

We want you to leave loving your hair. We don't offer refunds on services, but if something isn't quite right, reach out within seven days and we'll make it right. Retail products are eligible for exchange within 14 days.
